     When you become an employee at Home Sweet Home In-Home Services we will take the time to train you for each individual client's need.  We try to place you with one or two of our clients so that you do not have to travel around from place to place but really get to know our client's needs.  You will also get to earn some paid time off to take care of yourself!  You will be pleased to know that we offer extra incentives to reward you when you work harder.  We also offer extra incentives for fill-in workers and monetary travel incentives if you travel farther to help our clients.  We work hard at being fair to you and your family just as you work hard at helping our neighbors with their needs.
